Major Irish Residential Developer in Dublin seeks a Senior Building Services Engineer to lead coordination of M&E for large-scale residential developments. You will work closely with site management, design consultants and M&E subcontractors from design through to commissioning and handover, ensuring programme, quality and technical compliance while delivering which adds value to projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as Building Services Engineer or M&E Engineer within construction.
• Coordination and delivery of mechanical and electrical services.
• Experience coordinating M&E subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
• Residential or mixed-use construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services across residential construction projects
• Manage M&E coordination between architectural, structural and design teams
• Monitor M&E subcontractor performance, quality and programme delivery
• Resolve technical building services issues with site and design teams
• Oversee commissioning, snagging and handover of M&E installations
• Coordinate utility services including power, water, gas and telecommunications
• Maintain accurate building services documentation and progress reporting
• Support value engineering and improvements in M&E delivery
