Job summary

Cairn has a unique opportunity for a high calibre Building Services Engineer. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will assist in the management of the Mechanical and Electrical services design and installation on our high-density residential projects.

Key responsibilities include overseeing M&E installation quality from coordination to handover, coordinating with design teams, managing sub-contractors, and liaising with utility providers to ensure timely delivery across sites in

Qualifications

• 4+ years post qualification experience in a similar project management role.
• Interest in energy management and trends in residential building services.
• Willingness to travel between sites across greater Dublin with a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Continuous management and monitoring of M&E installation quality from coordination to handover.
• Support site teams in coordinating M&E systems and onsite problem solving.
• Coordinate with design teams for M&E interfaces with architecture and structure.
• Oversee M&E sub-contractors to achieve programme and quality targets.
• Liaise with utilities, authorities and design teams to deliver services on developments.
• Assist with modifications and mains diversions in liaison with utility providers.
• Support innovation, value engineering and temporary utility management.
