Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Proven leadership of a senior estimating team with commercial focus.
• Strong ability to analyse risk, margins and contractual exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bids from enquiry receipt to submission.
• Define bid strategy, win themes and target margins with the Pre-Construction Director.
• Prepare tender programmes, milestones and manage supply chain deadlines.
• Coordinate compliant submissions and oversee key narrative sections.
• Maintain structured tender data and promote digital tools usage.
• Capture lessons learned and drive ongoing bid-process improvements.
