The Grace in Westport, Ireland, seeks an experienced Spa and Leisure Centre Manager to lead our luxurious spa and leisure facilities, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance.

You will oversee all spa and leisure operations, implement staff training, manage budgets, and collaborate with hotel departments to deliver a five‑star guest experience while maintaining safety and high standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in luxury spa/leisure management.
• Proven track record in leading teams.
• Experience in budget, revenue, and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic plans for the Spa and Leisure Centre to align with hotel objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day spa and leisure operations including treatment rooms, pools, gym, and reception.
• Maintain highest cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards across facilities.
• Manage stock levels for retail and professional products; control costs.
• Identify new treatments, services and product lines to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Engineering.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage therapists, attendants, and receptionists.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Deliver comprehensive training to ensure service excellence.
• Foster teamwork and guest-centric culture; manage rotas and leave.
• Deliver five-star guest experiences and handle feedback promptly.
• Develop pricing strategies for treatments, memberships and retail.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities; manage supplier relationships.
• Work with Marketing to promote Spa offers and memberships.
