With a focus on wellness and premium guest care, you will steer strategic planning, staff development, and cross-department collaboration to elevate the guest journey and stay competitive in the luxury market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a management role within a luxury spa or leisure centre.
• Proven track record of managing and motivating a team in a hospitality setting.
• Strong financial acumen with budget planning and cost control.
• Excellent understanding of luxury spa treatments, wellness trends, and operations.
• Exceptional customer service and guest experience focus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Spa and Leisure Centre to align with hotel objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all spa and leisure facilities.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Manage stock levels and procurement for retail, products, and supplies.
• Recruit, train, and manage therapists, attendants, and spa receptionists.
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
