Lex Consultancy Recruitment in Dublin is partnering with one of Ireland's leading law firms to hire for their Listings team within the Banking department. The role suits someone with at least two years' experience in Listings and a proven ability to work across Irish and international exchanges.

Hybrid role based in Dublin 1, you will report to Head of Listings and collaborate with the Banking team to annotate prospectuses, listing particulars, and respond to CBI/Euronext comments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years’ Listings experience with ability to handle a busy workload independently.
• Experience working with Irish and international exchanges is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Annotate prospectuses against Prospectus Regulation annex items for CBI submission.
• Annotate listing particulars against Global Exchange Market rules for Euronext submission.
• Complete listing conditions checklist for Euronext submission.
• Review comments from the CBI and Euronext and liaise with legal advisers.
• Prepare supporting documents required by the CBI and Euronext for final listing submission.
