Job summary

Our client, a leading international law firm in Dublin 2, seeks a Listing Executive with 4+ years of experience in debt or securities listings. The role focuses on drafting listing documents, advising on listings across Irish and offshore funds and securities, and coordinating with exchanges and service providers.

A business or legal degree is required. Hybrid work arrangement available, with a strong emphasis on meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on drafting listing documents for fund and debt projects to stock exchanges.
• Advise international clients on listing Irish and offshore funds and debt securities on multiple exchanges.
• Complete listing conditions checklist for clients.
• Coordinate with stock exchanges’ funds and debt teams and service providers on active listings.
• Advise clients on listing rules across exchanges and changes thereto.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.

Total Package

Duties

• Advising clients on the drafting of listing particulars documentation (listing application documents) for fund and debt projects for submission to the relevant stock exchange on behalf of clients.
• Advising an international client base in relation to the listing of Irish and offshore domiciled investment funds and debt securities on Euronext Dublin, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
• Complete listing conditions checklist
• Liaising with the relevant stock exchange’s funds and debt teams and fund service providers in relation to active listing projects.
• Advising clients on listing rules and changes to same on the various exchanges
• Managing client relationships.

Experience

• Experience with debt or securities listings (4+ years)
