Qualifications

• Legal background or qualification is preferred.
• Experience with Prospectus Regulation and Euronext listing rules is advantageous.
• Ability to liaise with regulators and legal advisers to address comments.

Responsibilities

• Annotate prospectuses for CBI submission.
• Annotate listing particulars for Euronext submission.
• Complete listing conditions checklist for Euronext.
• Review comments from CBI and Euronext.
• Coordinate with issuer's legal advisers and regulators on submissions.
