Job summary

A&L Goodbody LLP is seeking a Listings Executive to join the Dublin Banking Department. The role involves ensuring successful security listings on the regulated market or Global Exchange Market of Euronext, through detailed annotation, checklist completion, and liaison with the CBI and Euronext.

Ideal candidates will have a legal background or qualification and familiarity with Prospectus Regulation and listing rules.

Responsibilities

• Annotate prospectuses against Prospectus Regulation annex items for submission to the CBI.
• Annotate listing particulars against Global Exchange Market rules for submission to Euronext.
• Complete listing conditions checklist for submission to Euronext.
• Review comments from the CBI and Euronext.
• Liaise with issuer's legal advisors, the CBI and Euronext to address comments.
• Prepare supporting documents required by the CBI and Euronext for final listing submission.

Description

This is a great opportunity for a skilled administrator that is self‑motivated, driven and enthusiastic to join our Listings team within the Banking Department at our Dublin office. Candidates would ideally have some prior experience working in the legal sector. A Listing Executive is an agent approved by the Central Bank of Ireland (the ‘CBI’) and/or Euronext Dublin (‘Euronext’) to act as an intermediary between the CBI and/or Euronext and the issuer, arranger and legal advisors. The aim of the Listing Executive is to ensure the successful listing of the issuer’s securities on the regulated market or Global Exchange Market of Euronext.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Annotate prospectuses against the relevant Prospectus Regulation annex items for submission to the CBI
• Annotate listing particulars against the relevant rules of the Global Exchange Market for submission to Euronext
• Complete listing conditions checklist for submission to Euronext
• Review comments received from the CBI and Euronext
• Liaise with the issuer’s legal advisors, the CBI and Euronext to address CBI/Euronext comments
• Prepare the supporting documents required by the CBI and Euronext for the final listing submission
