Link Personnel Services is representing an international law firm in Dublin 2 seeking a Listing Executive with 4+ years of experience in debt or securities listings. The role offers hybrid work (2 days WFH) and a total package up to €80k.

You will advise on listing documents, interact with exchanges, and manage client relationships across Irish and offshore listings. Requirements include a Business or Legal Degree and strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, analytical

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on drafting listing particulars for fund and debt projects for submission to stock exchanges.
• Advise an international client base in relation to the listing of Irish and offshore domiciled investment funds and debt securities on Euronext Dublin, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
• Complete listing conditions checklist
• Liaising with the stock exchange's funds and debt teams and fund service providers in relation to active listing projects.
• Advise clients on listing rules and changes to same on the various exchanges
• Managing client relationships.

Our Client, an international Law firm in Dublin 2 requires a Listing Executive to join their team. Previous experience as a Listing Executive is essential, but a directly transferable set of skills will be considered.

Duties:

• Advising clients on the drafting of listing particulars documentation (listing application documents) for fund and debt projects for submission to the relevant stock exchange on behalf of clients.
• Advising an international client base in relation to the listing of Irish and offshore domiciled investment funds and debt securities on Euronext Dublin, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
• Complete listing conditions checklist
• Liaising with the relevant stock exchange's funds and debt teams and fund service providers in relation to active listing projects.

Experience:
