Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with experience in training or L&D.
• Experience with LMS, training compliance and onboarding in GMP/pharma environments.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills; proficient with MS Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning operations, including training assignments and LMS support.
• Coordinate Training Impact Assessments to identify training requirements.
• Support onboarding, qualification programmes and workforce readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competency frameworks and learning pathways.
• Support digital upskilling initiatives involving AI, automation and data literacy.
• Coordinate learning projects, drive continuous improvement and maintain audit-ready documentation.
