Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an entry-level engineer to join our team. You will work under experienced engineers and managers to apply standard engineering methods, ensuring customer expectations are met while adhering to QMS, FDA regulations, and safety requirements.

You will review procedures, analyze products and processes for improvements, and collaborate across functions to drive quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field with 0–3 years of experience.
• Candidates not meeting education can be considered with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams; strong written and oral communication skills.
• Solid technical aptitude and ability to contribute to engineering work and projects.
• Demonstrated problem solving and emphasis on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform general engineering tasks under supervision to meet internal/external expectations.
• Adhere to QMS, safety, environmental, security, quality requirements including FDA regulations.
• Review procedures/plans prior to implementation and evaluate products/processes for improvements.
• Collaborate with mentors to apply standard techniques and develop new technologies.
• Use data analysis to establish root causes of failures and justify improvements.
• Support Manufacturing Excellence and Innovation strategies; promote standard work and visual controls.
