Ideal candidates will have over 12 years of experience in Telephony/VoIP, strong skills in C/C++, and hands-on experience with technologies like FreeSWITCH. Their mission is to unify customer experiences through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Telephony/VoIP/CPaaS.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP Protocols and Networking fundamentals.
• Expert-level understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT traversal, and VoIP security.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VOIP infrastructure using FreeSWITCH and Kamailio.
• Lead initiatives for scalability, observability, and security of voice infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot live traffic and provide technical leadership during incidents.
