• 12+ years of hands-on experience in the Telephony / VoIP / CPaaS domain.
• Expert-level understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT traversal, and VoIP security.
• Experience in designing carrier-grade telephony platforms serving millions of calls.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement VOIP infrastructure.
• Architect session border controllers and NAT traversal strategies.
• Troubleshoot live traffic and lead during major incidents.
