Job summary

Exyte seeks a Senior Lead Designer Architectural to lead architectural design on a live project in Finland. You will coordinate across disciplines, oversee detailed design, and ensure buildability and compliance with the programme and permits.

The role is on-site and requires close collaboration with project teams, clients and contractors. Experience leading architectural delivery on complex projects and strong BIM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Lead architectural design delivery on complex construction projects.
Coordinate design activities across structural, civil, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
On-site design experience during live construction phases.
Knowledge of Finnish building requirements and European design standards is advantageous.
Proficiency with BIM tools and design coordination platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design scope through detailed design, construction and handover.
Act as senior architectural design contact for on-site team, client reps, consultants and subcontractors.
Coordinate activities with multiple design disciplines.
Manage design deliverables in line with project programme and schedule.
Review drawings, specs and technical submissions for coordination and constructability.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, Finnish regulations and permit conditions.
Lead design reviews and coordination meetings to resolve issues.
Identify risks and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
