Job summary

A Dublin-based top-tier national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Structured Finance team in Dublin. You will advise on complex, high-value transactions across the finance sector for Irish and international banks, private equity and hedge funds.

The role covers securitisations, fund finance, and credit transactions, with ongoing tracking of regulatory changes within the area. A 4+ year PQE and a strong structured finance background are essential, along with excellent academics

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ PQE in structured finance or a related field.
• Strong structured finance background across securitisations, fund finance and credit transactions.
• Excellent academics across university study and professional training.
• Strong team player with proven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technically excellent and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a range of structured finance matters for Irish and international banks, private equity and hedge funds.
• Draft and negotiate transactions across securitisations, fund finance and credit facilities.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting the structured finance area and provide guidance accordingly.
