SRLA is looking for an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our international design team. We're seeking someone with excellent technical skills, strong Revit proficiency and a proven track record of delivering complex landscape projects through detailed design and construction.
SRLA is an Irish landscape architecture practice working on ambitious projects across Europe, Northern Africa and Asia. Our portfolio spans luxury hospitality, public realm, urban regeneration and large-scale masterplanning, alongside a growing body of work in Ireland.
We collaborate with leading international architecture practices on projects of considerable scale and complexity. Our approach is rooted in regenerative design, with a particular interest in ecology, biodiversity, natural systems and the relationship between people and landscape.
Based in West Cork, we work as a flexible, international team with a shared commitment to thoughtful, highly considered landscape design.
We're looking for a highly experienced landscape architect who can take responsibility for the technical development and delivery of complex projects, from design development through detailed design and construction.
You'll work closely with Simon Ronan and the wider team, leading projects, managing design teams and coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors and clients.
A strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, specifications and on-site delivery is essential. You'll oversee the preparation of technical documentation, resolve design and construction issues, and attend site meetings and inspections as required.
We're particularly interested in someone who combines excellent technical knowledge with strong design judgement, who can take ownership of projects and help develop the skills of younger designers.
We're looking for someone based in Dublin, Cork or West Cork, with hybrid working arrangements available.
The role will involve regular coordination with project teams and attendance at construction sites, particularly for projects in Dublin and Cork. Candidates should be comfortable combining independent working with in-person meetings and site visits.
You'll join a design-focused practice with a diverse international portfolio and the opportunity to take real ownership of your work.
We offer a collaborative working environment, flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to contribute to projects of significant scale and ambition.
As the practice develops, there is considerable scope for professional growth and progression into a wider leadership role.
Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
