Senior / Associate Landscape Architect – Dublin or Cork

Location: Dublin or Cork, Ireland

We are working with an ambitious, design-led landscape architecture practice looking to appoint a technically strong Senior or Associate Landscape Architect to join its growing team in Dublin or Cork.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Landscape Architect who is confident managing projects independently, leading teams and taking ownership of complex landscape schemes.

The practice has an impressive international portfolio spanning luxury hospitality, residential, public realm and large-scale masterplanning, with a strong pipeline of projects across Europe and the Middle East.

The successful candidate will bring strong Revit capability, excellent technical knowledge and proven project leadership experience, playing a key role in overseeing project delivery, supporting the wider team and contributing to the practice's continued growth.

The Role

• Take a leading role in the technical development and delivery of complex landscape architecture projects.
• Manage projects independently, from design development through to detailed technical documentation and construction stages.
• Lead and manage project teams, overseeing workloads, delegating responsibilities and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Produce, review and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance, support and mentorship to junior Landscape Architects.
• Oversee project coordination, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout technical development.
• Contribute to the delivery of international hospitality, residential, public realm and masterplanning projects.
• Support the continued growth of the practice, helping to develop technical standards and strengthen team capabilities.

About You

• An experienced Landscape Architect operating at Senior or Associate level.
• A strong technical background with excellent construction detailing and documentation skills.
• Proven experience managing projects independently and overseeing technical delivery.
• Experience leading and managing project teams, with the ability to delegate effectively.
• Confident working across multidisciplinary teams and liaising with external consultants.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working on hospitality, residential, public realm or large-scale international projects would be advantageous.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ambition to take on greater responsibility and progress within the practice.
