SRLA is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our team on a fully flexible basis. The role supports remote, hybrid, or West Cork studio work, with a focus on high-end hospitality, regeneration, and large-scale masterplans across Europe and beyond.

We value ambitious designers who can lead projects, collaborate globally, and deliver sustainable, ecologically driven landscapes. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential for success in this globally minded practice.

Qualifications

• minimum five years’ post-degree experience through all phases of design.
• experience managing complex projects and project teams.
• confidence working directly with clients and international collaborators.
• professional degree in Landscape Architecture.
• excellent design, graphic and technical skills.
• proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Rhino or Revit.
• strong communication and collaboration skills.
• fluency in English.

Location: fully flexible (remote, hybrid or West Cork)

Our work spans high-end hospitality and regeneration projects in Europe, large-scalemasterplanningprojects in Asia, and luxury hotels and resorts in the Mediterranean and the Middle East. We design landscapes of depth, meaning and ecological value – with a strong focus on sustainability, native planting, and regenerative approaches.

While based in a rural studio in Ireland, SRLA works at the highest international level – producing world-class landscape design in collaboration with some of the bestclients andarchitecture practices in the world.

Our studiois located inthe vibrant market town of Skibbereen, West Cork – a beautiful part of Ireland surrounded by wild landscapes and dramatic Atlantic coastline.

The team works flexibly – candidates can be fully remote, hybrid, or choose to work from the studioin West Cork, Ireland.
