Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Principal Landscape Architect to join our Landscape Architecture team in Ireland. You will lead high-profile regional and global projects across urban regeneration, residential development, environmental enhancement, and airports, mentoring a team and delivering sustainable design solutions that benefit communities and environments.

This role requires a Chartered/ILI member with 3+ years post-qualification experience, strong AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• ILI or LI-accredited degree with professional membership (CMLI/ILI).
• 3+ years post-qualification experience on landscape projects.
• Proven track record designing public realm schemes and managing multidisciplinary projects.
• Thorough knowledge of Irish planning processes relevant to landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and delivery of landscape schemes across projects.
• Manage financials and programme timelines for projects.
• Present concepts to clients and represent AECOM's design vision.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development.
• Build relationships with clients and seek new work opportunities.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and documentation with appropriate detail.
