Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retail financial services advisory with 10+ years of change management / project experience.
• Proven Tech Lead experience in software development using Java and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• IT background with solid grounding in technology.
• Experience with both Agile and waterfall SDLCs.
• Communication, group dynamics, collaboration and continuous improvement are core.
• 2.1 or higher in a related discipline; Masters a plus.
