Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Java/JEE, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience in Agile Scrum environments.
- Experience with relational databases is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and QA to translate requirements.
- Lead design reviews of architecture, data models, and integrations.
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and review BoI/IBM deployment and technical design docs.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
- Monitor and optimize performance to meet NFRs.
