Job summary

Elwood Roberts in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead IT delivery for digital and mobile transformation projects. This full-time, hybrid role requires one on-site day per week and offers a daily rate of 450–500 EUR.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery initiation through to completion. You will oversee delivery planning, risk management, reporting, and coordination with suppliers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to enable product value

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of IT Software Development Lifecycle methodologies with Agile focus.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in delivery management.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps teams.
• Experience with third party suppliers and remote/co-located teams.
• Strong ability to translate tech problems to business language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product deliveries achieve KPIs and organisational targets.
• Monitor and report progress for technology and product teams.
• Coordinate with the Portfolio manager to ensure delivery plans are in place.
• Manage internal communications with stakeholders through the delivery lifecycle.
• Apply best practices in reporting and communication; use appropriate tools.
• Manage delivery in line with industry standards and delivery procedures.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and issues.
• Drive cost management and budgeting for delivery activities.
• Deliver accurate progress reports understandable at all levels.
