Job summary

Fruition Group’s Dublin-based client is seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join a busy and growing sector. The role offers hybrid working with an office in Dublin and responsibilities to deliver best-in-class iOS apps.

You will design, implement, and test apps using Swift, RxSwift/Combine, and RESTful services, collaborate with engineers and product owners, and contribute to architecture discussions while ensuring offline capability and code quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related field with strong software engineering background.
• Proven iOS developer with 5+ years of mobile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing a best in class iOS application for customers.
• Design and build applications for the iOS platform with Quality, Security, Performance and Documentation in mind.
• Collaborate with the mobile team, engineers and product owners to identify a high quality software solution for complex problems.
• Take a quality-first approach to software development by producing unit tests and automated functional tests where possible.
• Conduct code reviews with other developers, including security checks.
• Identify and fix bugs as required.
• Work with stakeholders and team members in the organization.
• Provide regular updates on progress, schedules, issues and risks with the team and Software Development Manager.
