A Dublin-based international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Investment Funds team. You will advise asset managers, fund promoters, management companies and service providers on complex fund matters, including structuring Irish funds and ongoing regulatory issues.

The role involves drafting fund documents, negotiating service provider agreements, and managing client matters while developing key relationships and contributing to regulatory projects and client updates.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years PQE in investment funds or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• The successful candidate will join the market-leading Asset Management & Investment Funds team advising on complex domestic and cross-border fund matters.

We are working with an international law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Investment Funds team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Asset Management & Investment Funds team, advising leading global and Irish asset managers, fund promoters, management companies and service providers on complex domestic and cross-border fund matters.

The role will involve structuring and establishing Irish investment funds, and advising ManCos, AIFMs and asset managers on ongoing regulatory matters. The successful candidate will also draft and negotiate fund documentation and service provider agreements, manage client matters, develop key relationships and contribute to regulatory projects and client updates.
