Johnson & Johnson Vision Care (Ireland) Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Inventory & Planning to lead finished goods inventory and planning for the Vision business across the EMEA region. You will drive inventory strategies, governance, and cross-functional alignment to optimise service and cost.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in supply chain, inventory management, planning or operations.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and cost reduction programmes.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP processes, ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA Inventory & Planning activities for finished goods inventory across the Vision business.
• Develop and execute inventory strategies to optimise customer service, working capital and inventory health.
• Monitor KPIs including inventory levels, SLOB, expiry risk and service performance.
• Partner with Commercial, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
• Drive governance and reporting, and support S&OP/IBP processes with data-driven insights.
• Lead strategic supply chain projects, system enhancements and cost optimisation initiatives.
