Qualifications

• 15–20 years’ experience in contract and commercial management within infrastructure, capital projects, or regulated utilities.
• Deep knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. NEC, FIDIC) and claims/variation management.
• Experience in consulting or similar client facing role.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management across complex, high-value capital programmes.
• Develop contract management strategies supporting programme objectives.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and conditions.
