EY is expanding its Government and Infrastructure Advisory team in Ireland, delivering strategic, commercial and financial guidance on infrastructure and real estate projects across public and private sectors. The Senior Manager/Associate Director role involves leading client engagements, managing teams, and driving business development within Transport, Energy, Utilities, and Real Estate sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in two or more services we provide (advisory, procurement, financing, funding, PPPs, contract management).
• Accountancy or corporate finance qualification with relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English; strong organization and self-management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable client-focus and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of services to clients under supervision of Partner/Director.
• Gather, verify and analyse information to formulate informed views.
• Project manage teams and stakeholders including investors and lenders.
• Prepare reports and presentations; manage billing and admin tasks.
• Identify risks early and escalate as appropriate; mentor juniors.
• Develop proposals and business development materials; maintain client networks.
