Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Senior IAM Security Engineer to join the Information Security team on a remote basis or hybrid if located in Barcelona. You will design, build, and secure Scopely’s identity and access management across AWS, GCP, SaaS apps, and internal platforms, with Terraform-driven automation and least-privilege controls.

The role blends hands-on engineering with security governance, risk reduction, and collaboration with engineering and IT to scale secure access in a fast-moving game

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of IAM/security engineering experience in cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with identity and access management in AWS, GCP, SaaS.
• Experience designing and operating scalable IAM architectures with automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve IAM architecture to support high-scale, cloud-first environments across AWS, GCP, SaaS, and remote access platforms.
• Lead federated identity work, least-privilege design, and RBAC/ABAC models.
• Own Terraform-based IAM automation and IaC-based provisioning and governance.
