Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd in Ireland is seeking an IAM Architect for a Dublin-based hybrid role on a 6-month contract. You will assess current identity and access, design target architecture covering authentication, MFA, SSO, and privileged access, and help staff lifecycle management.

You will design zero-trust controls across Azure, AWS, GCP and on‑prem, migrate to OAuth/OpenID Connect/SAML, retire legacy systems, and produce design documents for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing IAM architectures on major identity platforms.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML and SCIM.
• Track record delivering IAM design on contract or consulting engagements.
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders.
• CISSP or vendor identity certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess current identity and access setup and design the target architecture.
• Design zero-trust controls across Azure, AWS and GCP and on-premise systems.
• Plan migration to OAuth, OpenID Connect and SAML, and retire old identity systems.
• Turn regulatory and audit requirements into practical controls.
• Produce design documents and handover material, and guide engineering teams.
