Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Engineer in Dublin to maintain complex commercial HVAC systems and perform proactive testing and scheduled maintenance. You will support, perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, while ensuring adherence to codes and safety standards.

You will lead by example, assign tasks, and mentor junior staff, applying in-depth knowledge to optimize system performance and reliability within the CBRE framework.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in building mechanical/electrical systems preferred.
• Capable of performing calculations and basic financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members; ensure timely completion.
• Install, repair, service and maintain HVAC control systems and related instrumentation.
• Inspect HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best corrective actions.
• Share knowledge within the team and contribute to broader technical discussions.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RISE values in daily work.
