Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for small to medium buildings and industrial systems in County Dublin. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs, and assist with installation and modification of building equipment.

You will review work orders and help ensure energy-efficient operation of systems. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent education, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of related experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Physical requirement to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues, and make repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
