Job summary

Principle in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join the EMEA People team on a maternity leave contract. You will partner with Country Managers and senior leadership across EMEA to translate global People strategy into local actions, drive organisational change, and lead leadership effectiveness.

This role supports a diverse employee population across multiple functions in a complex international environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' progressive HR experience.
• Strong generalist HR foundation with senior partner level.
• Partnering with senior leaders within complex global/matrixed organisations.
• Change management and organisational transformation experience.
• Translating global strategies into regional/local execution.
• Excellent facilitation, influencing and stakeholder management.
• Ability to unite diverse teams and stakeholders with competing priorities.
• High emotional intelligence, judgement and inclusivity.
• Experience across international/EMEA populations.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted HRBP to Country Managers and senior leadership, providing strategic and practical people guidance.
• Translate global People strategy into effective regional and local initiatives.
• Partner with leaders through organisational change and business transformation.
• Facilitate discussions across teams to navigate competing priorities and complex challenges.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver joined-up people solutions.
• Support organisational effectiveness, talent, leadership capability and longer-term workforce priorities.
• Build leadership communities and develop capability across the organisation.
• Use judgement and people insights to influence decision-making.
• Contribute to wider EMEA and global People initiatives.
