CluneTech is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a 15-month maternity leave cover to lead strategic and operational HR across the organisation, ensuring employment law compliance and delivery of core programmes.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with leaders to drive performance, culture, workforce planning and employee relations, with a hybrid setup and occasional Kilkenny Office attendance.

Formación

• Minimum of 8–10 years' progressive HR experience, including senior partner level.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Employment Law, or related discipline.
• CIPD qualification is desired.
• Experience supporting global workforces across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
