Job summary

TransferMate Global Payments is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to cover a 15-month fixed-term maternity leave. The role partners with senior leaders to drive people strategies, ensure legal compliance, and deliver HR programmes across the organisation.

It is a hybrid position requiring occasional Kilkenny office attendance. The successful candidate will manage relationships with executives, lead performance management cycles, and oversee employee relations, design, and workforce planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years HR experience with at least 2–4 years as Senior HRBP.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Employment Law or related field.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
• Experience supporting multinational organisations and complex employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR leadership across the organisation.
• Ensure employment law compliance and best-practice people management.
• Partner with leaders to translate priorities into people strategies and initiatives.
• Lead performance management, talent development and workforce planning.
• Coach managers and support global HR projects and governance.
