Job summary

HR Search is seeking an HR Partner to join the established People and Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. The role reports to the Head of People and Culture and involves partnering with managers to provide practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a broad HR background, strong knowledge of Irish employment law, and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive people initiatives and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across HR disciplines including business partnering, employee relations and policy guidance.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to coach managers.
• Experience with HR systems and processes with focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Organised with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Advise and coach on employee relations matters and policy implementation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment plans and candidate sourcing.
• Oversee onboarding, probation, offboarding, records, payroll changes, benefits and HR systems.
• Support engagement initiatives and internal communications to foster a positive culture.
• Identify development needs and support leadership development initiatives.
• Participate in people-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
