Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Senior HR Operations Analyst to own the administration, compliance, and ongoing development of our leave of absence program. This role focuses on HR compliance, operational excellence, and administrative support to ensure adherence to labour laws and internal policies.

You will manage end-to-end leave cases, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with HR leadership to streamline processes, enhance systems, and support key HR initiatives related to leave administration.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in HR operations or leave administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and policies.
• Experience with Irish employment and statutory leave entitlements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain entitlements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer, optimize, and maintain the leave of absence program.
• Update HR policies to ensure compliance with labour laws and business needs.
• Manage end-to-end leave cases: intake, eligibility, approval, extension, return to work.
• Provide regulatory reporting support and respond to HR information requests.
• Maintain audit-ready, confidential leave records in HRIS; support vendor contracts and process improvements.
