Job summary

Adare Trusted People Partners is seeking a Senior HR Services Client Manager to lead a portfolio of clients with employee relations expertise and principled HR guidance. You will design and deliver solutions across sectors, advising leadership teams on strategic HR and ER/IR matters.

Based in Dublin, this role requires five or more years in HR, strong knowledge of Irish employment law, and a track record of delivering measurable client outcomes while building trusted partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar required
• Post-graduate Diploma in Employment Law or equivalent desirable
• CIPD qualification desirable

Responsibilities

• Provision of HR Advice Support to an Assigned Portfolio of Clients
• Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and understanding of business needs
• Proactively identify and address client concerns, risks, and scope changes to ensure delivery
• Develop proposals and present tailored HR solutions to clients
