Job summary

Adare is recruiting an experienced Employee Relations Practitioner to join our HR services team. You will advise and support a broad client base with solutions-focused employee relations guidance across multiple sectors.

Working within a team, you will act as Senior HR Client Services Manager, delivering client-focused HR and Employment Law advice, developing proposals and ensuring measurable value for clients. A full driving licence and travel are required.

Qualifications

• A primary degree, preferably in HR or similar (Essential).
• Post-graduate Diploma in Employment Law / MBA (Desirable).
• 5+ years HR/Employment Law experience in a busy environment (Essential).
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law (Essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support across the full employee life cycle for assigned clients.
• Draft and review contracts, handbooks and documentation for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead investigations or chair for ER/IR issues (bullying, harassment, grievances).
• Deliver training programmes remotely or in person on key HR topics.
• Develop client relationships, propose tailored solutions and manage delivery.
