ICDS (UK) Ltd on a residential project in Rathnew, Wicklow is seeking a Senior Engineer (Housing) to lead on-site health and safety, design reviews, and coordinate subcontractors to meet tight delivery timelines. Responsibilities

• Ownership of Health and Safety on the project.
• Review and comment on design drawings and raise RFIs as necessary.
• Active participation in Design Team Meetings, ensuring review of design documents and close out of issues.
• Understand target delivery programme, report weekly, and intervene to prevent delays.
• Coordinate subcontractors and service providers to meet testing and commissioning timelines.
• Monitor quality control of subcontractor work and suppliers.
• Ensure works comply with Building Regulations and design documents.
• Lead QA/submittals/benchmarks/inspection management.
• Champion DMS (Zutec) implementation and BCAR compliance.
• Coordinate site drawings and maintain site records and QA documentation.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors to deliver outputs on time and on budget.
