Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager to lead HSE delivery across Ireland, ensuring compliance with company standards and legislation. The role involves supporting project teams, attending site and project meetings, and driving safety performance on multiple construction projects.

The successful candidate will have a Level 7 degree in Occupational Health & Safety, strong incident investigation and training delivery skills, and a track record in large-scale

Qualifications

• A minimum of a level 7 Degree in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Internal Auditor Awareness of lifting operations, Temporary Works, PSDP & PSCS.
• 5+ years’ experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally gained within the construction industry.
• The ability to work on large-scale, high headcount construction sites.
• Understanding of quality and environmental management principles.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Health, Safety and Environmental advice and support to project delivery teams and stakeholders across 2-4 projects.
• Attend relevant site meetings including start up meetings, project meetings and supply chain meetings.
• Review of contractor RAMS, SPAs, supporting plans, permits and training records.
• Manage training needs of the project team for Health, Safety and including delivery of courses where appropriate.
• Health, Safety and Environmental advice to the site stakeholders.
• Incident reporting and investigation.
