QT Technologies Ireland Limited in Ireland is seeking a Senior Hardware Verification Engineer to drive verification across CPU, DSP, and AI accelerator designs in Qualcomm's Hexagon DSP AI team. You will develop testbenches, plans, and coverage while mentoring juniors and collaborating with architects and software teams.

The role emphasizes strong verification methodologies, debugging across RTL to system level, and contributing to reusable verification IP and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of hardware design verification experience.
• Strong SystemVerilog, UVM, and modern verification methodologies.
• Experience verifying complex CPU, GPU, DSP, AI accelerator, or SoC designs.
• Understanding of computer architecture, microprocessor design, and digital design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive verification of complex processor, DSP, AI accelerator, and system-level designs.
• Develop verification plans, testbenches, and coverage strategies for quality silicon.
• Lead constrained-random, coverage-driven, assertion-based and formal verification efforts.
• Collaborate with design and architecture teams to review specs and mitigate risks.
• Debug RTL and system-level issues via simulation, emulation, and formal analysis.
• Build reusable verification infra, automation, and verification IP.
• Analyze coverage and drive closure across projects.
• Contribute to improvements in verification methodologies and tools.
