Job summary

Arango AI seeks a Senior Customer Solution Architect in Ireland to own technical engagements from discovery to deployment. You will design architectures using multimodel data platforms, graph schemas, and GraphRAG retrieval strategies, while guiding customers to production-ready solutions that meet governance and security requirements.

You will collaborate with executives and engineering teams to translate complex challenges into scalable, reusable architectures and reference implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical professional services.
• Deep hands-on expertise in graph data modeling and knowledge graphs for AI applications.
• Strong Python and applied AI skills with knowledge of data structures and systems design.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical customer relationship from discovery to production deployment and expansion.
• Lead executive discovery sessions to identify high-value AI use cases linked to business outcomes.
• Design architectures using multimodel data platforms, graph schemas, and GraphRAG retrieval strategies.
• Define success criteria, SLAs/SLOs, governance, and phased delivery plans for production readiness.
• Build reference implementations and prototypes covering graph models, pipelines, APIs, and AI agent orchestration.
• Guide secure and observable production deployments with CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, and alerting.
