Job summary

EXL, a global data and AI company, is seeking a Digital AI Solution Architect in Dublin. The role focuses on designing agentic AI platforms using AWS, Azure and advanced tools, with responsibilities spanning pre-sales support, blueprints, and cross-team collaboration.

You will lead architectural discussions with senior stakeholders, shape the AI strategy for industry segments, and drive innovation in digital engineering for scalable, market-ready AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ yrs proven track record in architecting AI solutions.
• At least 6 years of experience programming with Python, React, Java, or other languages.
• Solution architecture (upstream & downstream impact on AI workflow).
• Technical architecture (data flow, technologies, scalability, security).
• Agentic Architecture (multi-agent orchestration, intelligent routing, state management).
• Strong expertise in AWS or Azure.
• Experience with building large-scale AI products for NLP, speech, CV, or recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design, document and govern AI agentic solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP and 3rd party tools.
• Provide reusable blueprints, docs, and guidelines for engineering and sales teams.
• Contribute to the digital AI solution strategy for target industry segments.
• Support pre-sales by translating business requirements into technical approach and delivery plan.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on feasibility, risks, integration and scalability.
• Foster relationships with senior technical stakeholders at top clients.
• Drive innovation across digital engineering around AI.
