Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in London, United Kingdom seeks a Senior Director, CEPG, to lead the Global Plastic Packaging Program for the region (Europe, Mideast, Africa and CIS). You will shape regional PET packaging strategies and manage a substantial annual spend with bottlers and suppliers.

You will direct cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, develop risk tools, and drive sustainability initiatives including recycled PET, decarbonization efforts, and circular economy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10–15+ years in global/regional procurement with PET packaging value chain and/or CPG industry.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop CEPG PET Packaging strategy for the region and align with global strategy.
• Provide PET value chain direction to Coca-Cola system and bottlers, including cost forecasts.
• Negotiate contracts for the regional spend (circa USD 1 billion).
• Manage contracts and supplier relationships across bottlers and internal teams.
• Develop price risk management tools for PET resin.
• Lead supplier selection and drive regional procurement initiatives and sustainability goals.
