Job summary

PepsiCo in Ireland is seeking a Freight & Logistics Procurement Specialist to lead global category initiatives, including freight network optimization, supplier performance improvement, and digital procurement projects. You will report to the Global Procurement Senior Manager for Freight and Logistics across PGCS and partner with sites, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or Category Management roles
• Experience in freight and logistics categories at regional/global level
• Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global category management strategies for Freight and Logistics
• Drive cost savings, value creation, and risk mitigation across regions/sites
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to improve performance
• Implement and track supplier performance management programs
• Partner with stakeholders to drive network optimization and digital procurement initiatives
• Lead special projects impacting the category and ensure business continuity
