Job summary

Amazon Data Services Ireland Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of global rack manufacturing programs enabling AWS capacity delivery. You will be the single-threaded owner for manufacturing execution—from build plan creation through production shipment across 15+ sites.

You will drive end-to-end visibility, manage material lifecycle, and balance cost, speed, and delivery reliability while influencing across AWS Infrastructure,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Experience in supply chain such as contracting, demand management and/or planning and procurement, and supply chain operations.
• Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making.
• Knowledge of materials management processes including inventory management, purchasing, warehouse management, and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program spanning multiple organizations to support AWS manufacturing operations at global scale.
• Orchestrate delivery across supply chain, hardware engineering, vendor operations, quality, and deployment teams.
• Serve as primary escalation point for production blockers and coordinate executive reviews.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturing partners and coordinate capacity planning.
• Collaborate with NPI and hardware engineering teams on new rack types and manufacturing readiness.
