Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure.
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for new network hardware deployments across AWS data centers globally.
• Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvements and automated solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, shape timelines, and establish deployment processes.
• Translate technically complex problems into clear, business-level narratives for leadership decisions.
• Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs as needed.
• Provide regular program progress reporting, proactively communicating risks and milestone status to leadership.
• Manage multiple competing programs in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Build trust and drive alignment across cross-functional teams as priorities evolve.
