Job summary

Harvey is building an automated global Accounts Payable operation to process thousands of invoices monthly. This senior individual-contributor role sits in the global AP function and reports to the Global Accounts Payable Manager, partnering with Procurement, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, IT/Business Systems, and stakeholders.

You will own hands-on AP execution, drive process improvements, and design workflows across Zip, NetSuite, and connected systems while scaling across countries and currencies.

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on international AP experience, including VAT/GST, multi-entity and multi-currency AP, and global payments.
• Proven track record of improving AP systems and workflows end-to-end.
• Strong systems fluency translating AP needs into configurations; experience with NetSuite/Zip or similar ERP.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve finance workflows with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on execution across the global AP process, including invoices, multi-entity and multi-currency transactions.
• Support and execute global payment cycles ensuring payments are accurate, properly approved, secure, and timely.
• Map end-to-end AP and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and redesign workflows for scale.
• Identify, test, and implement AI and automation opportunities that reduce manual invoice handling while preserving controls.
• Establish and monitor AP performance measures and create repeatable global standards and documentation.
