EY in Ireland is seeking Senior AI Consultants to design and deploy AI solutions, engaging with clients across business and technology. You will lead design efforts, mentor staff, and ensure delivery quality while staying at the forefront of AI trends and regulatory considerations.

The role emphasizes communication, client service, and continuous capability development within a hybrid EY AI & Data practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of AI design, build, deployment or management experience.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, Spark, Azure Cloud and Docker.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• AI solution design and architecture for client projects.
• Build, deploy and manage AI solutions with industry-standard tools.
• Engage with clients across business and technology functions.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality of client deliverables.
• Succeed through adaptable problem solving and continuous capability growth.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Research client inquiries, regulations, and emerging technologies.
